JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Production Staff Member to join our team. This hands-on role involves carrying out a variety of production tasks across our cleanroom and general production areas. Work is often repetitive and performed independently, but every task plays a vital part in supporting the wider team and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, take pride in their work, and follow procedures carefully.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or cleanroom environment is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks that require consistency and care.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good time management and the ability to stay focused when working alone.
• Willingness to be flexible and support different production tasks as needed.
• Committed to maintaining high hygiene standards and wearing PPE.

• Carry out a range of manual production tasks including assembly, packing, labelling, and inspection.
• Work within ISO-classified cleanroom areas following strict hygiene and contamination control protocols.
• Operate basic production equipment and complete process documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, including routine cleaning of workstations and equipment.
• Wear appropriate PPE and comply with gowning and safety procedures at all times.
• Support daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Work independently for extended periods while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Assist in other areas of production as required, depending on workload and priorities.
