Job Description Assembly: Position, fit, and fasten wires, harnesses, parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools, hoists, and other equipment. Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and written instructions. System Installation: Install mechanical components (pumps, valves, etc.), electrical systems (wiring, control panels), plumbing, and interior fixtures (flooring, walls, seats, windows). Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and troubleshoot assembly problems or malfunctions, perform repairs, rework, and preventive maintenance on equipment as needed. Quality Control: Monitor production processes, perform testing, and carry out quality checks; Follow task time and quality requirements outlined in operating instructions, processes, and MRP routing Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety procedures and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Handle and store goods and raw materials in the factory/warehouse Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP Report process drifts or quality issues to Team Leader Complete tally sheets in MRP tools when required Adhere to ESD rules for electronics production Ensure compliance with EHS rules Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices) Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling components and assemblies Manufacturing effectiveness and process efficiency Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Excellent teamwork, communication, and transparency Proficiency in English required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
