Execute precision manufacturing at the core of a deep-tech scale-up At Smart High Tech, we are transforming advanced materials into industrial production. Our graphene-based technology enables the next generation of AI systems, electronics, and data centres - where performance depends on precision, stability, and quality. We are now scaling our production and looking for Production Operators who take pride in executing processes with accuracy, discipline, and consistency. Your mission You are responsible for stable, safe, and high-quality execution of critical production processes. Your work directly impacts: Product quality Process stability Production efficiency What you will do Production execution Operate thermal furnaces, coating lines, and cutting machines Ensure correct setup, material handling, loading, and unloading Maintain process parameters within defined specifications Monitoring & quality control Monitor temperature, cycle times, and output continuously Perform visual and dimensional quality checks Identify and escalate deviations immediately Changeovers & process discipline Support changeovers and ensure equipment is correctly configured Follow work instructions and SOPs with high precision Maintain consistency across production cycles Basic maintenance & equipment care Perform first-line preventive maintenance and inspections Clean and maintain equipment according to schedule Report abnormalities to Maintenance without delay Data & reporting Register production data, material usage, and quality observations Ensure accurate and timely documentation Safety & work environment Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Follow all safety procedures and standards at all times Key interfaces You will work closely with: Production Leader Production Engineer Maintenance & Facility Quality Operations Systems Who you are You bring discipline, reliability, and attention to detail. Upper secondary education in industry, technology, or similar Experience from manufacturing or production environments Strong ability to follow instructions and work systematically High focus on quality, safety, and accuracy Advanced in Swedish and English Willingness to work shifts Meritorious Experience with furnaces, coating lines, or similar process equipment Experience from thermal processes or surface treatment Additional languages What we offer This is a role for someone who values precision, structure, and responsibility.
