· To set and operate production equipment as required - training for the right applicant will be provided.
· To assist generally with work in and around the factory.
· To co-operate and participate in any training procedures actioned by the Company.
· So far as is reasonable to undertake any other duties required by the Company.
· To co-operate with all departments to achieve smooth running of the Company operations, ensuring conduct and attitudes are conducive to a good atmosphere in the workplace.
· To be an effective team member assisting Relief Team Leaders and Team Leaders in the smooth running of the shift.
· Attention to detail and safety conscious
· Basic Maths
· Basic computer skills
· The ability to work as a team and work without supervision once trained.
· Starting salary £13.00 per hour (shift pay is in addition to this)
Shift patterns can vary Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00
