QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work in a manufacturing environment in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
• Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills required for dats entry and production reporting.
• Proficiency at taking measurements needed to ensure product meets specifications.
• Possess basic maintenance skills including the use of basic hand tools.
• Effective and positive teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Ability to take direct instructions from supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacaturing setting.
• Responsible for operating production equipment, including troubleshooting and making the necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met.
• Responsible for recording production data and quality results with attention to detail.
• Apply basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills to help service equipment.
• Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with inventories as needed.
• Adaptable to scheduling changes including assignment of overtime, weekend work, etc.
