Job Description Shifts: Days OR Nights, 3 on 3 off, 7 till 7 Salary: - Days; £24,500.70 - Nights; £26266.98-£27,211.08 (DOE) Our site in Norwich is all about producing high-quality snack products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands people love. We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring machine performance and product quality Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times Recording production data accurately Working as part of a team to meet production targets Keeping the work area clean and tidy Here’s what you can expect: A clear path for growth: If you’ve worked in factories before and want to develop your technical skills, this is a great place to do it. We’re looking for people with previous factory or manufacturing experience – food production experience is a big plus. You’ll also need: An eye for detail to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our standards. Practical skills to operate and adjust machinery safely and efficiently. Reliability: This is a team environment, and we all count on each other to keep things running. Adaptability: Things can change quickly on the line, so staying calm and solving problems is key. Additional Information PLEASE NOTE We will be holding a careers open day on the 22nd April in which we will be holding interview and tours of the factory. You will be invited to attend on submission of your application and correct/transferable experience required for the roles.
Responsibilities
The Production Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating and monitoring production and packing machinery to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. Key duties include performing basic machine checks, adhering to all safety and hygiene procedures, and accurately recording production data.
