WB Employment Ltd operating as an employment business is recruiting production operatives for a well-established manufacturer in the Aberdare area.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join busy and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products within our warehouse environment. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness, as the role may require lifting and standing for extended periods.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
  Shifts: Monday-Friday (10 hour shifts at the moment, due to busy period)
  available shifts:
  6am-4pm
  7am -5pm
  7am -3pm
  3pm - 11 pm
  The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team, be punctual and reliable.
