Shifts – Continentals 6am-6pm (Days) & 6pm-6am (nights)

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient production of our products

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble and test pre-connectorised, blown fibre cabling, and ducted network solutions according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work day shift and night shift, 12 hour shifts
• Must have previous production experience
