Description Production Packer (Manufacturing – Early Career) Donora, PA Starting Pay: $18.50 – $19.00/hour Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule Great Benefits + Career Growth Build Your Manufacturing Experience with RETAL PA! We are seeking Production Packers with some hands-on work experience who are ready to grow in a manufacturing environment. Summary of Duties Pack and label finished products in a production setting Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met Prepare materials and support production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Schedule (Required) 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3): Work 2 days - Off 2 days - Work 3 days Alternate the following week Rotate between day and night shifts every 4 weeks Requirements 6+ months of work experience (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar preferred) Forklift experience is a plus Strong reliability and attendance Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to work rotating day/night schedule * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
