We’re looking for a Production Painter who’s eager to learn, grow, and be part of a company that invests in its employees. As a Production Painter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, helping paint products to the customers’ specifications, providing support to multiple departments, and cross-training in other areas. What You’ll Do: Assist and learn in several departments across the production floor Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Paint preparation, paint with a spray air gun, and powder coat painting Ability to use a program for the drying process on powder coating Operate forklifts (certification provided), operate oven, and operate an overhead crane Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals Requirements Competencies and Attributes Needed: High school diploma or GED required 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred 1-2 years of paint and powder coat experience required Crane experience preferred Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Dependable and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments Adhere to our Core Values: Do Right Always!
