Job Summary: Operate more than one machine while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets. Jobs at this level also assist quality and plant management in investigations and prepare incident reports when the need rises. They also communicate internally with other departments such as quality and engineering and externally with technicians to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.   Duties & Responsibilities: Follows all relevant Manufacturing policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Implements the day-to-day operations assigned  for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Supervises the day-to-day operations of line or machine to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures. Operates more than one machine while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets.  Coaches and trains lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs. Assists quality and plant management in investigations and prepares incident reports when the need rises. Documents SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (MOs) and packaging standards (PSs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Troubleshoots and investigates more complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operations. Communicates internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs. Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.   Qualifications: B. Sc. in Pharmacy. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is required. Strong Leadership, Planning and Organization capabilities Very good command of English (spoken & written)
