Description
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, you will develop and manage production plans that meet customer demand while optimising machine utilisation, line capacity, and inventory levels.   You’ll collaborate across multiple teams—including Production, Demand Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse—to ensure seamless execution from order to dispatch.   This is a 12 month role (with the possibility to extend) based at our manufacturing facility in Braeside, Vic.   Key Responsibilities * Convert sales orders into work orders and maintain a rolling production schedule  * Monitor and optimise schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient capacity utilisation  * Track orders through production and expedite where required  * Ensure raw material availability in line with production schedules  * Support MRP planning, purchase orders, and inventory optimisation  * Partner with Warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow  * Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise service levels and minimise delays  * Maintain accurate work orders and production data within ERP systems   * Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports  * Operate in line with OH&S, GMP, and company policies  * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies    What You Bring * Experience in production planning, scheduling, and MRP processes  * Strong Excel and ERP system skills  * Solid understanding of GMP and manufacturing environments, ideally with experience in solid dose manufacturing * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise under pressure  * A proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment   Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
