YOUR TASKS

• Creation, preparation and coordination of forecasts with our co-manufacturing partners to ensure the necessary production capacities.
• Monitoring of customer orders and ensuring the availability of required raw materials and supplies
• Control and continuous monitoring of inventory levels
• Maintenance, analysis and optimization of relevant master data to ensure an inventory situation that meets requirements, taking into account our inventory strategy.
• Proactive initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures to ensure on-time customer delivery
• Planning of merchandise in close coordination with logistics
• Collaboration with international teams and relevant interfaces along the supply chain
• Monitoring, analysis and control of relevant KPI indicators
• Participation in the design and further development of processes to increase our delivery capacity and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, a completed degree with a focus on supply chain management, business administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Relevant professional experience in production planning, supply chain management or a comparable function within a manufacturing company
• Solid knowledge of cross-plant planning processes as well as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, even in challenging voting and decision-making situations.
• Ability to constructively question existing processes and actively promote potential for improvement.
• Openness to change, pragmatic solution orientation and a flexible mindset
• Excellent SAP skills, ideally with a focus on SAP IBP
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
