Visit our website to learn more. Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Planner to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Note: Section for HR use only. Develop monthly and weekly production plans based on sales orders, inventory status, and production capacity. 2. Production progress tracking: Monitor the execution of production plans to ensure that production progress aligns with the plan; Track the production progress in the workshop, promptly feedback and coordinate the handling of abnormal issues. 3. Material demand follow-up: Closely cooperate with the customer service department to monitor the progress of material procurement and avoid material shortages; Timely feedback on unexpected material arrivals and follow up on the subsequent handling process. 4. Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with the customer service department and the warehouse department to ensure that production plans match order requirements; Timely feedback on unexpected situations during the production process and communicate the best solutions. Import and Export Module 1. Execute the full process of import and export operations, including: - Coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations of import and export processes, including confirming trade terms, arranging transportation, and handling customs clearance procedures. - Reviewing import and export-related documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. - Maintaining close communication with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to coordinate transportation schedules, customs clearance progress, and handle any abnormal situations. 2. Stay informed and keep up with the latest developments in customs and import/export policies to ensure the company's business is legal and compliant. 3. Handle cross-border settlements and foreign exchange verification. 4. Monitor logistics costs, optimize transportation plans, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce expenses. 5. Data statistics and analysis: Regularly organize and analyze import and export data, including on-time delivery rates, customs clearance efficiency, and cost trends, to provide data support for business optimization.
