PRODUCTION PLANNER – ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

  • Location : Near Hougang / Buangkok MRT (North East Line), Singapore
  • Salary : S$3,000 – S$4,200/month (commensurate with experience)
  • Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning within the electronics manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, buyers, and subcontractors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain material requirement plans aligned with production schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Monitor and revise production timelines to support efficient output and on-time delivery
  • Liaise with Testing teams and production departments to coordinate operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) for material forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory tracking
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and enhancing planning effectiveness
