You will planning and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials. 2. You will be estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process. Researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities. 3. You need to apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. 4. You will need to work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. 5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6. You hold bachelor's degree or above. 2. Minimum 3 years production management experience. 3. Well know the lean Manufacturing is preferred. 4. Positive attitude, willing to learn and quick to learn, self-motivator and self-starter, systematic approach to solve problems and shift work is needed. 5. Proficiency English communication.
