QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years exp in manufacturing setup (any industry). Should know basics on inventory management & Production Planning.
Should have good Analytical Skills.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Mostly Graduate in BBA/Mathematics etc.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline,
preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent knowledge
gained through prior work experience. Minimum of one year in an operations field.
Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent organization skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
The Production Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling and
monitoring production activities for assigned products as well as the flow of goods
between assigned Henkel facilities within North America. The purpose of the
position is to optimize the scheduling of manufactured products and the movement
of finished goods so as to achieve outstanding customer service, meet Net
Working Capital goals and best utilize space in the network of distribution centers.
The Production Planner Associate will also have replenishment responsibility for
selected suppliers/Production as assigned by the Production Planning
Supervisor. Essential Duties: Schedule production in accordance with plan and
customer requirements for assigned products. Plan and execute purchase orders
for assigned suppliers/Production. Analyze and report plant performance against
schedule requirements. Plan and execute transfer orders between assigned
warehouses. Periodically rebalance.
