What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and product quality.
  • Leading root cause investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Supporting manufacturing processes through continuous technical improvements.
  • Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to deliver operational excellence.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve OEE, reduce waste and optimise manufacturing performance.
  • Supporting process validation, equipment improvements and engineering projects.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to introduce new technologies and best practices.


About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about manufacturing and enjoys solving problems within a production environment.


Ideally you'll have:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in an Engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience within a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or similar engineering position.
  • Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of OEE, TPM, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple departments.
