• On-time control and tracking of production orders, taking into account the availability of materials as well as operating and personnel capacities
• Deadline control in interface departments as part of production order control (sales, technology, purchasing)
• Determination of the production sequence taking into account economic and scheduling aspects
• Monitoring of production order progress, inventory situation and on-time order processing
• Control and monitor last-minute changes, new admissions, cancellations and postponements; Information and coordination of all production areas, possibly suppliers
• Processing of complaint reports; Decision on order creation; Creation of rework orders including component and process lists; Initiation of material bookings; Ensuring short-term implementation
