JOB DESCRIPTION

• Schedule and coordinate the flow of production activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Review work orders and assign priority for urgent or time-sensitive tasks.
• Liaise with relevant departments to update on the status and progress of production work.
• Identify and retrieve items from the warehouse that require modification.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field is required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience in metal manufacturing, oil & gas, or the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: GCE O-Level, Malaysian Form 5, or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic English, Malay, and Chinese — both spoken and written — to communicate effectively with local and foreign staff.
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Must be mature, proactive, and possess a positive working attitude.
• Willing to work in the Tuas area.
• 5-day work week.
