About the Role You’ll play a key role in coordinating production schedules, ensuring materials and resources are available, and keeping operations running efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and keeping a fast-paced production environment on track. What You’ll Do Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimise efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve workflow. Proven experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and resource allocation. Experience in the steel, metal fabrication, or manufacturing industry (preferred) Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or similar). Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
