JOB OBJECTIVE

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating a daily production plan based on capacity to develop and execute daily production plans aligned with capacity and customer demand.
This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, adherence to schedules, and maintenance of quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• Proven experience in production planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required for coverage.
