Position: Production Planner  Location: St Charles MO   Job Description: Summary of Position The Production Planner –is responsible for providing administrative support to all functions of a manufacturing and assembly division for Tablet Press Assembly and Parts Manufacturing. This position is required to plan jobs, develop structures and routings, in a positive and professional manner and display a strong ability to work in a fast paced highly detailed environment.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Utilize Job Review, identify demand via discussions, group meetings and the ERP to create jobs • Prepare jobs in ERP, review and identify action items and route to appropriate departments • Support production operations; serve as a go-to person for job structure issues/questions within a department • Assist in responding to Natoli Customer Service team regarding inquiries about order status • Support Purchasing with Job creation for assemblies and secondary processing to drive demand for MRP planning/PO creation • Develop job routers with Manufacturing to support manufacturing operations • Support Production Calendar and Scheduling through planning and working with Manufacturing Leads • This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Have strong computer experience and skills, preferably with MS Office & ERP experience • Knowledge of production and employee scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities   EXPERIENCE • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry several types of light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly • Ability to sit at a desk using a computer for eight or more hours per day   CAREER PATH OPPORTUNITIES • Lead Planner
