Job Details Job Location: Etna, OH 43062 Position Type: Full Time Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Information Technology -You will serve as a liaison between the sales, production, purchasing and quality control departments. -This includes owning the ordering process. (i.e. lost orders, stopped orders, general order status, rush orders and large order processing). -The next step of that process is reporting on-time delivery metrics to gauge performance and communicating lead times and delivery dates to sales and purchasing. -You will determine production schedules to meet customer expectations and minimize cost. -You will work closely with managers throughout the organization to meet production and labor efficiency measures and distribute production schedules and work orders to all departments involved. Qualifications Qualifications High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) No prior experience necessary Must be able to lift 75lbs approximately 30 times a day Ability to use hand tools such as routers, files, tape measure, table saw, etc. is preferred Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new things
