Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Planner, Polyurethane to manage inventory levels and production schedules for Make-To-Stock, Make-To-Order, and Purchased Finished Goods. In this role, you will ensure customer delivery targets are met while optimizing manufacturing efficiency, managing MRP actions, and maintaining accurate ERP and master data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule production orders and manage MRP actions to balance inventory, service levels, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve material shortages and escalate supply issues as needed.
  • Monitor inventory, backorders, and production performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support capacity planning, labor allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including payroll, training coordination, and uniform management when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Pronto, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
