We foster a collaborative and innovative environment where every team member is crucial to our success.    Action Research Corporation (ARC), a division of HEICO Corporation, is seeking an organized and proactive Production Planner / Project Manager to oversee our manufacturing schedule and serve as a vital link between our production floor and our customers. This role combines critical technical planning with high-touch customer communication, ensuring our operations meet client expectations for on-time delivery and quality. Qualifications Key Responsibilities * Production Planning & Scheduling: Create, manage, and execute detailed production schedules using our ERP/MRP system to ensure on-time delivery. * Inside Sales & Business Development Support: * Oversee daily customer communications. * Serve as a key liaison between the quality team and production, communicating customer requirements and providing production estimates to support customer service. * Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, escalating major concerns as needed.  * New Product Development (NPD) Project Management: * Function as the project manager for new product introductions (NPI), coordinating cross department communications and tracking activities from conception through launch. * Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure new products are integrated smoothly into the production process. * Monitor project milestones for new products, preparing status reports for leadership and stakeholders. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Engineering, QA) to resolve issues and align production efforts with company goals. * Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on production progress, project milestones, and on-time delivery performance to management.  Qualifications * Experience: 3+ years in a production planning or supply chain role, preferably in the aerospace or a similarly regulated industry. Experience with project management, particularly for new product introductions, is highly desirable. * Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business) or equivalent work experience. * Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems is required, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
