Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, labor, and raw materials.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with production, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or equipment breakdowns.
Communicate production schedules and changes effectively to all relevant departments.
Inventory & Resource Management:
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process to improve efficiency.
Implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure production schedules align with food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Work with quality control teams to maintain consistency and product standards.
Maintain accurate records of production activities for audits and regulatory compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
