The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule Maintain integrity of the shop floor Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors and internal resources Redirect and/or re-establish priorities, as required, in support of the Master Schedule Facilitate expedited material of critical part shortages to released work orders What You Will Bring: BS or AS degree and 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, and/or project management or equivalent experience MRP knowledge Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, etc. Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts Experience with ERP Systems (preferably SAP) Pay Range: $66,000 to $72,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Troy, OH. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required. Responsibilities

The Production Planner will provide shop floor support, including material staging, WIP movement, and ensuring completion of units within the MRP system. They are responsible for maintaining shop floor integrity and facilitating the movement of parts to meet the Master Schedule.
