ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to serve as the critical interface between the Sales team, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. This is a newly created role designed to relieve pressure on the Sales team while ensuring smooth order fulfillment and supply chain operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Sales Managers and Field Sales Specialists to support allocation and escalation of customer supply needs.
• Manage escalations, logistics issues, and proactive supply planning.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Monitor and manage the order book.
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to improve communication and workflow.
