Description
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the finished goods order assembly and dispatch of goods. Participate in contract review with Customer Services & Sales team for all receipt of order to complete confirmation order process. Communicate for the special products instruction or special customer requirement through the production schedule, and ensure that those requirements are produced Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, in preparing and updating production schedule according to customer requirement and material availability in plant and production capacity. Works with Customer Services team in receiving most updated Customer Confirmation order and Customer requirement. Analyse and set up priority in Production Schedule. Participate in contract review with Customer Services & Sales team for all receipt of order to complete confirmation order process. Be able to make commitment of goods ready date. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, in preparing and updating production schedule according to customer requirement and material availability in plant and production capacity. Initiate and implement the “Forward Order Program” to help the department with quick retrieval of information and order maintenance through forecast of volume plan based on actual order receipt. Communicate for the special products instruction or special customer requirement through the production schedule, and ensure that those requirements are produced Prepare, control and manage the availability of product label for that production week includes special attachment on product that may require by customer. Follow up and monitor production output according to the priority and customer requirement date in production schedule, feedback problem to responsible person in order to get the Finished Goods delivery to customer as commitment. Input the relevant product information to RockBis Master Data Form of Finished goods for new part code adding to RockBis system with the information from NA (New Article). Coordinate with Production in transferring Production Plan date from RockBis to Rockfact. Control and manage RockBis PP module all transaction command. Data entry of finished goods receiving transaction from Production to Warehouse in RockBis system and monitoring for accuracy by transaction report. Producing regular reports, KPI and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring all PP activities are complying with ISO90001 and ISO14000 requirements.
