3. What steps do you take to monitor production operations and ensure that build execution is on track? How have you handled and resolved aging work-in-progress (WIP) orders in the past?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.
• Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
• Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.
• Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
• Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution.
• Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
• Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
• Participate in tiered accountability process
