JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Production Planner to join our Electronics manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that production schedules align with customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced, high-volume automotive environments and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning tools.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, including just-in-time (JIT), Kanban, and lean principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with SAP Business One with Beas Manufacturing
  • Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
