Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage material requirements planning based on production schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Monitor and coordinate production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Collaborate closely with the Testing team and allocate production staff to meet schedule demands
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, buyers, and subcontractors to align planning activities and resolve potential delays

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with good communication and basic supervisory capabilities
