As a Production Planner, you will be a key player in aligning production activities with business goals, ensuring seamless operations, and adapting swiftly to ever-changing demands. What You’ll Do Plan for performance: Build and maintain efficient production schedules that meet customer demand, inventory targets, and operational capacity; Stay ahead of the curve: Anticipate production needs by analyzing sales forecasts, order trends, and market insights, ensuring agility and responsiveness; Drive collaboration: Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime, remove bottlenecks, and optimize use of labor and materials; Support continuous improvement: Track production metrics, solve disruptions quickly, and lead process enhancements to support growth and efficiency. Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning; Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Sharp analytical thinking, a hands-on approach, and excellent collaboration skills; Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus; Experience in tracking and acting on performance indicators.
