Your future starts here Als Production Planner planst und steuerst du die Produktionskapazitäten unseres ICT-Services über alle Bereiche und Standorte. Du sorgst für realistische, marktgerechte Planung, gleichst die Arbeitslast aus und koordinierst bei Engpässen die Ressourcen zwischen Regionen, Geschäftsbereichen und Partnern. Verantwortung über den ganzen Prozess von der operativen Planung bis hin zur strategischen Planung: kurzfristige Steuerung heute und morgen, mittelfristige Planung der kommenden Wochen sowie rollierende und langfristige Planung Früherkennung von Trends dank Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und laufender Bewertung von Kennzahlen und Volumenentwicklung Hohe Wirkung: Stabilität der Produktion, Einhaltung von Terminen und vereinbarten Service-Levels, optimale Auslastung und wirtschaftlicher Einsatz der Ressourcen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Regionen, Führungsteam, Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen Deine Skills Abgeschlossene Berufslehre mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung Zwingend mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktions- und Kapazitätsplanung, Ressourcensteuerung oder operativer Steuerung Vertiefte Branchenerfahrung (Telekommunikation, ICT-Dienstleistung) Sicher im Umgang mit Planungs-, Reporting- und BI-Tools, z. B. Responsibilities

Plan and control production capacities for ICT services across all areas and locations to ensure realistic and market-oriented planning. Coordinate resources between regions and partners to balance workloads and maintain service levels.
