Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Work with Supervisors to plan production, considering labour utilisation and third-party supply, to meet customer demand and delivery goals. Create the master schedule and translate it into detailed weekly schedules. Plan material availability and stock levels to meet customer requirements and expedite where required. Monitor sales orders and build them into the master production plan daily. Coordinate information with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure plans meet customer commitments. Report on output to plan, backlogs, and past due orders, and liaise with operations on variations and areas for improvement. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Production Management, with five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred) Experience using inventory/production ERP systems (preferably SAP), ideally in automotive or machinery industries. Desirable experience in make-to-order and make-to-stock engineering environments. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, such as one-piece flow, production leveling, and pull systems.
