Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Daily build plan (by area) based on Demand Request and Optimization (both Material and capacity) to stakeholders. Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure we are meeting commitment or minimizing the impact delivery to the customer. Able to investigate problems, analyze root causes, and provide solutions. Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives. Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust the production schedule to meet deadlines. Coordinate with the demand team to support any demand change. Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences. Monitoring planning KPI by weekly basis. Plan inventory management to avoid excess inventory. Follow company rules and procedures. Have a good moral and keep a good working environment. Report the process/occurring problem to the manager. Evaluate the working performance of under-assigned personnel and provide any recommendation. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Experience in Production Planning, inventory control, material planning and Supply Chain. SKILLS: Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI. Proven skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and data analysis. Effective negotiation and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
