For a period of 24 months, we are looking for a production planner (m/f/d) with purchasing responsibilities to support us in planning and controlling production as well as in the allocation of the required materials.

Job profile & responsibilities

• Planning, management and control of production for the responsible manufacturing areas
• Ensuring the supply of goods to the sales department, including monitoring available stock levels.
• Prioritization and monitoring of releases with the aim of ensuring the timely delivery of released goods.
• Material ordering, including order and delivery monitoring, as well as forwarding information on supply-critical deviations to strategic purchasing.
• KPI monitoring of planning-relevant key figures
• Central contact person and responsibility for medium-term planning with a 12-month horizon within the framework of the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Participation in projects and management of sub-projects in the production planning and purchasing environment

Qualifications & professional expertise

• Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Economics with a focus on Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain or Materials Management
• Professional experience in the areas of production planning, procurement/scheduling and/or purchasing
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) as well as in medium-term demand and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal frameworks (GMP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge from related areas of the supply chain (e.g. manufacturing, logistics)
• Knowledge of ERP and production planning software, preferably SAP ERP and ORSOFT Manufacturing Workbench
• Analytical and creative thinking skills as well as a structured work approach
• Precise and empathetic expression, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Fluent German and very good English skills
