Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Administrator / Coordinator, to join our Myton Head Office in Bradford. The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the produce planning team. Assisting in the development and implementation of planning processes and best practices. Maintaining and updating planning documentation, ensuring accuracy, on time delivery and compliance with agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support produce planning activities through accurate reporting and completion of administrative tasks
  • Assist in liaising with stakeholders including internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Confirm Customer Orders and raise correct paperwork
  • Act as point of contact for queries related to produce planning activities.
  • Liaise with Schedulers and the Operations teams across Manufacturing sites in order to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled
  • Work with customers to ensure all orders are correct and received on time.
  • Support maintaining accurate records of raw materials, including purchase orders, stock levels, and usage
  • Ensuring all reporting is accurate and populated within agreed timescales
  • Utilise IT systems to manage data and processes
  • Build a relationship with manufacturing site teams including goods in and technical to improve central planning processes.
  • Work Closely with produce planners, supporting the set up and administration of various planning tools.
