Job Title: Supply Planning Specialist
Location: – Samlesbury – Mon-Fri – 4 days working in the office
Salary: £54,793 + Dependent upon skills and experience

• Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of MRP, RCCP and CRP processes within the manufacturing business
• Provide training, support, and guidance to manufacturing teams responsible for the practical execution of supply-side activities
• Continuously assess and improve processes based on operational feedback, performance metrics, and changing business requirements
• Serve as the subject matter expert for supply-side planning processes, including MRP, RCCP and CRP
• Collaborate closely with the demand-side specialist to ensure seamless ERP integration between demand and supply planning
• Act as the liaison with Operations and Procurement to promote and maintain best practice supply-side planning techniques and behaviours
• Utilise your expertise in ERP systems (Infor LN 10.4 or similar) to ensure effective data integrity, process integration, and comprehensive reporting to support governance
• Leverage MRPII principles to align supply planning strategically with organisational objectives and operational realities
