WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

You will be a proven strong strategic leader of people, process and systems with a track record of CRM overhauling and transformation. You’ll also have:

• Demand planning and forecast experience to ensure alignment between sales and workforce requirements
• Expertise in supply chain management to coordinate CityFibre operations with partners and customers seamlessly
• Advanced data analysis expertise, skilled in complex queries for informed individual and team decision-making

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Develop scalable plans to meet contractual performance targets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply lines with future demand
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Ensure optimal resource deployment to maintain efficiency and performance
• Manage shrinkage, leakage, overtime, and workforce upskilling
• Leverage data insights to enhance efficiency, processes, and resource allocatio
