Purpose of the position Ensure smooth operation of production processes by effectively managing planning, scheduling, and progess control to meet production targets and shipments deadlines. It also involves promptly addressing production anomalies and coordinating internal resources to enhance overall efficiency and responsiveness. Duties and Responsibilities This role requires strong organizational, analytical and communication skills to optimize production processes and maintain high operational efficiency. 1. Responsible for production management, including daily capacity scheduling, production monitoring and dispatching etc. 2. Create and handle daily work orders, track input, output and ensure shipment achievement targets are met. 3. Plan production schedules and control production progress. 4. Address production abnormalities and exceptions promptly. 5. Prepare relevant production reports using Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 6. Lead the daily production meeting and coordinate communication across teams to support smooth operations. Education and work experience: Degree required: bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with over 1 year of production planning or management work experience are preferred.
