As a Production Planning Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly production planning process, ensuring alignment with supply plans, optimizing resource utilization, and achieving maximum customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate effectively with product planner, GBE operations, procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects. * Oversee and manage production loading and output to maintain efficiency and meet production targets. * Conduct Master Production Schedule (MPS) Management, which includes: * Maintain Zero past due MPS. * Analyzing and comparing MPS load against available hours. (MPS Load) * Managing Constraint MPS (CMPS) to optimize production flow. (CMPS) * Monitoring schedule attainment to ensure adherence to timelines.(Schedule Attainment) * Maintains CIR to drive materials. * Prepare and maintain 13-week projections and past due projections to facilitate strategic planning. * Provide accurate On-Time to Request (OTTR) projections to support customer order delivery. * Partner with procurement to ensure smooth material supply to support scheduling plan. * Support site Inventory reduction project. * Assist in the implementation of the Site HMX improve production scheduling process.

Responsibilities

The Production Planning Manager oversees the monthly production planning process to ensure supply plan alignment and optimal resource utilization. They are responsible for managing the Master Production Schedule, monitoring schedule attainment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
