EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or relevant experience
• Supply chain or manufacturing operation experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Strong computer skills required, including ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Manufacturing Legacy System
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and a basic understanding of the manufacturing process
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
• Able to work flexible hours occasionally to support team needs
• Demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goals
• Ability to multitask and solve complex problems.
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Provide overall direction of all the production teams to optimize
• Manages the company’s major KPI metrics (Project Schedule, Capex, Revenue, Profit, Productivity, Yield, OEE, HR KPI, SH&E KPI, etc.)
• Set the production goals and monitor production performance on a day-to-day basis
• Synchronize information flow between multiple IT systems (GMES, GDW, GSCM, DP, DW, FP, MRP, WMS, IMS, Procurement Singlex, etc.)
• Play a key role in communication between LGES HQ, Honda Japan HQ, and LH Battery Management
• Organize the CEO’s schedule and manage LH Battery’s routine meeting (C-suite Mtg, Weekly/Monthly PDCS meeting, etc.)
• Support JV Steering Committee and Board of Directors meeting
• Estimate and expect yearly, monthly, and daily productivity plans to set company targets
• Collaborate and guide inventory managing teams for monthly closings and inventory counts consistency
• Resolve KPI variances between targets and results to optimize the company’s performance
• Resource management and planning (Headcount, Investment Budget, Equipment, Engineer allocation)
• Evaluate production feasibility and update Line of Balance(LOB) on a monthly basis
• Prepare in-depth reports to senior management for optimal decision making
• Measuring LH Battery’s organization capabilities and executing improvement planning
• Prevent potential risk of business and execute risk management activities when risk occurs
