REQUIREMENTS:

Associate degree or higher
Familiar with the basic processes of production management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to effectively guide, monitor, and understand plant production status and relevant data
Strong communication skills with outgoing personality

Responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Generate weekly material requirements plans
Establish weekly packaging material requirements
Track production order progress and close-out
Monitor and communicate production abnormalities
Collaborate with shipping coordinator to manage slow-moving inventory, identify root causes, and implement inventory reduction strategies
Evaluate machine capacity and participate in new project development
Execute tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner
Attend scheduled meetings
Generate regular reports as required on time
Achieve individual and departmental KPIs
Conduct regular meetings with shipping coordinator to review production issues
Handle, communicate, and coordinate various production issues
Lead daily production and sales meetings and follow up on issues
