Job Description Support daily operational and process-related activities within the production environment Assist in organizing team documentation and maintaining structured records Contribute to workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives (5S practices) Support both qualitative and quantitative analysis for ongoing projects and problem-solving activities Track and follow up on action plans and improvement projects Assist in evaluating the technical feasibility of production-related improvements and solutions Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in an engineering departments Availability to work at least 3 full days per week during the academic term Proficiency in MS Office applications, including strong presentation preparation skills Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking Legal Entity: Bosch Termoteknik Isıtma ve Klima Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.
