Job Description Lead technical infrastructure and application production projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, deadlines, and group standards. Acts as a bridge between technical teams and Business (BP2S) in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Manage infrastructure and production projects (servers, storage, network, middleware, cloud). Implement technical architectures for new business applications and prepare their transition to production. Coordinate technical teams and manage business stakeholders. Ensure full project governance: committees, reporting, KPIs, and SLAs. Integrate topics such as obsolescence, decommissioning, resilience, and cost management in all projects. Guarantee autonomy of Run and Application Support teams after project delivery. Perform off-hours or weekend activities when required by project criticality. Work aligned with DevOps, Agility, and Cloud transformation (Move2Cloud). Qualifications Infrastructure & Middleware: Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT. Cloud: experience or certification in AWS / Azure / GCP. DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, pipelines. Monitoring: Dynatrace or equivalent tools. Project‑management platforms: MS Project, Jira Portfolio, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana. Fluent English (international work context). Soft Skills Strong communication, active listening, assertiveness, and clear writing. Ability to collaborate in multicultural environments. Analytical mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and adaptability. Excellent organization, time management, decision‑making, and stress management.
