• Efficiently coordinating all project activities to achieve the objectives set at the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring communication with project partners and compliance with contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements.
• Preparing and organizing project activity plans while ensuring the necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
• Managing the project budget in accordance with applicable internal procedures and the requirements of the funder.
• Coordinating project activities by directly supervising technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators involved.
• Monitoring progress against the proposed objectives and drafting monthly reports to funders, partners, and beneficiaries in compliance with the clauses provided in the contract.
• Continuously improving the work style to maximize efficiency in achieving the proposed objectives.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree focused on Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects, including monitoring project scope and budget, creating project schedules, managing resources, resolving issues, and reporting status.
• Fluent in English; any other European language is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Experience using MS Office with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to respond to constant changes and remain flexible.
• Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and adaptable team player, with a desire to work in an international team.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.
