Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Production & Project Manager to lead our workshop and fitting teams. This pivotal role bridges the gap between design and delivery—ensuring our bespoke projects are built and installed to the highest standards, on time and with exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities

REPORTING & IMPROVEMENT

  • Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in production efficiency and client experience
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and company standards

  • Proven experience in high-end joinery, kitchen installation, or bespoke interiors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and site management
