Responsibilities
  • Analyse hygiene, quality and food safety indicators and alert in case of any deviation.
  • Propose and lead action plans to resolve quality and food safety issues impacting the business.
  • Lead, participate and evaluate the upskilling of Trainers and Operators motivating them to achieve high standards within their roles.
  • Drive standards of Food Safety, recipe compliance and end-product delivery through effective and knowledgeable teams.
  • Participate and lead process improvement topics.
  • Ensure work areas, machines and equipment are cleaned to a high standard and waste is disposed of as per the Company’s policy.
  • Create and maintain detailed documented records to ensure the future clarity of processes and outcomes.
